Vacation Spot: Palm Springs

 Need a little getaway this holiday weekend? Hello Palm Springs. Just 90 minutes from Orange County, this little oasis has been a favorite among celebrities and old folks alike. With its pristine golf courses and 5-star hotels, Palm Springs and the surrounding areas bring to the desert a slew of people year around. And can't you see why? With an average temperature this time of year of about 80 degrees, you can lay by the pool while others are freezing in the snow.

Vacation Spot: Australia

Hello Mate! As we freeze our booty off here in Southern California, it is time to look at those in the other hemisphere. Those lucky people who are enjoying summertime while we sit in the rain. Australia is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. If you haven't had the pleasure to see it in your lifetime, put it on your next to do list.

With its huge land mass, and insane weather this time of year, Australia is the perfect place to vacation. Sure that 22 hour flight can be daunting, but once you get to Sydney, or the Great Barrier Reef, or Surfer's Paradise (and this is just on the east coast), you will be happy you came to this gorgeous locale. With people this nice, weather this perfect, and SO much to do, you will never want to come home. So take a look at some fun in the sun and surf pictures around Australia.

In our new series Vacation Spot, we at Sunfree Beauty want to inspire you to get out there and enjoy life. What better way to do that then on vacation?

Whenever I go somewhere, I feel much more alive then I ever do at home. I dress better, add a little more makeup to my nightly routine (and subtract a lot during the day) and always get my spray tan on before I go.
